I've been playing the crap out of the last of us part 2 lately almost done it so I figured I would do something inspired by this amazing game! i have been playing around lately trying to find a good way to turn photos into a painted style and seeing what gives me the best results on this one i used a few different methods I did the smudge painting method then used filters to add some texture back in hope you like it!
